Wild Workout Wednesday + December Updates + Upper body blast workout

It is so hard to believe that it is already December!  I love December...it is my birthday month, and of course it is Christmas too.  My brother is also getting married next week and I am in the wedding and little A is the flower girl.  It should be a blast!  Speaking of my birthday...
